Need Help with reading my 7100/7200's

Hi I don't ask to many questions. I read alot and learn from all of you guys and all the great posts here. I have alot of Dp 7100/7200 but there new. I have been trying for about 2 months now to read them. I fellow all the info got everything apart. And Have took out the webtv card slot put the little jumper in there. Have a sombrero flashed right everything A ok. I have alot of computers some with xp 2 with 98... It says only on 1 and thats one of the ones with 98 that test passed but box key read fails I have got a few reads all 0000000000000000 I tryed to clean the side of the chip with rubbing alcohol and even cleaned the sombrero but still nothing. Man this is sure killing me if anyone can lend a hand. I sure could use it please!!!! I know enough so it should not be to hard to explain things to me. I catch on quick anyways Thanks for any help!!!!

1. - Both of your ATMEL chips on sombrero should be flashed with correct firmware.
2. - Check your cable that came with sombrero (mine was totaly messed up, so i had to resolder it)
3. - Don't forget to plug in the power of your IRD.
4. - NEVER turn your receiver on by pannel or remote button while sombrero is on

B Zarre Thanks its was my flash I reflashed it and so far did 3 Thanks again!!! Now for another question what can I do with them since they have been hit as of late Thanks for any info!!!
