error saving the TSOP

Hi there, i have a 301-013 i cutted the botton to have the tsop access but didn't make the vid mod and it works with blue plastic card, build config DAHD, i'm using jkeys 301-013 and i've tried jkeys 2.9.11, and i've tried 2 different jtags device, and i get the the same error,
when i'm tryng to save the the TSOP flash 1 it start saving for 30 seconds and a error screen pop up ( error saving memory) when i try to save flash 2 it give the same error in 3 seconds.
I've tried a bunch of times.
Anybody know what hell is going on with that?

This is for sure a 2 tsop -013? Or are you just guessing or depending on jkeys to detect it for you?
