Dead 301.10 need help guys.

Hey guys, I just recieved a 301.10 2 Tsop version that I plan on putting on Bev with. Anyway the reciever would power on, but no power light would go on. I jtagged it and went into Jkeys. It finds the LSI processor, but Box Keys are FFs, IRD # are 0s, and 1-96. Build CFG and MFG and all that are all YYYYs.
I then try to read the Flashes and save them. I can read both the Flashes and saved both of them, however they are useless since it seems like they are hosed.

I did a searched on the forum for resurrecting these recievers. I go to the tsop bank to find a suitable flash. I find that, and run Walls to erase 1FC00000 and Length 200000. It says Erase Failed! Thought it might of erased anyway, so I tried to reprogram 1FC00000 at 60000 length with 2nd flash for the 301.10. It then said Flash Failed! .

Can anyone help? Why does it say erase failed, and flash failed? Is this a jtag connection problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bump for help.

I was just looking around FID17 and there seems to be a cut on the trace. It seems that someone had a dlock installed on this thing. But there is currently no dlock on this reciever and the trace remains cut. Does anyone know how I can repair this trace? Where does the trace lead to? Can I just resolder a wire from FID17 to the end trace wherever that is?

Just solder a wire from one side of the cut to another.

Ok I just soldered both we 0 and we 1 together. Is tehre a way to check for continuity? The reciever still wont erase in Wall 2.0 at 1FC00000 with 200000 length.

Anymore suggestions on what to do?
