JKeys Question

I have a IRD model 3900 (from system info screen) but the label on the back says model DSK3261D. When I hook the JTAG to the IRD and run JKeys I get an "Error reading from IRD (DCU Peek)". I have checked the connections and they are fine. When I select OK from the error window, the IRD model # box is highlighted in the IRD Info area and I select model 3900 and I get no box keys or IRD number info. I have even tried selecting every model listed but I still get nothing...
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated..

I don't have a 3900 to test with .
It sure seems like I have seen a LOT of posts lately where a lot of people are having some sort of issue with that particular model.

I get the exact same error on my 2700/2800 using buffered jtag. It does not seem to matter what version of jkeys I use I still get the dcu peek error. I found what i had to do was stop using the hands free plug on jtag. I have to push the jtag into connections with ona hand a use mouse with the other. It works everytime now, I appears the dcu error is from a bad connection. Give it a try it works for me.

going to be a ground issue with your jtag,or voltage,,tell us about you jtag and you jkeys config
