Cannot get in vip download?

Hello I bought a vip files access and I cannot get in.My Expiry Date is 2005-04-27.
Am I doing something wrong.Thanks :) :)

Most likely your account was deleted, the reasons I explained in about 3 emails already in which I asked you to resubmit payment and charge back on the original one.
