Dish 500 with 301.10 problems....

Hello i have a Dish 500 with a SW21 and a 301.10 and for some reason is only getting satellite 119 when i try to setup dish 500 it does not stay that way. It goes back to the one bird insted of two. Please help.... Thanks in advance.

If you have a lock, unlock it when doing the check switch.

Run a switch check, keep in mind, SW21's do fail........
Maybe if you hook up each lnb individually and see if get both sats one at a time, you can verify that you have a good aim with the dish.
