Hey,

Been having the well known intermittant (almost hourly) screen freezing and pixelization with my 6000 but I finally got that problem whipped! Nomore64-7 seems to prevent it from happening! Gotta new problem though. When I open up the guide some of my channels that are activated show up as red. If I page up or down and then back the red goes away! If I try to tune in one that shows red it sometimes will tune it and sometimes not. If I tune in the next channel up or down and then hit channel up or down to get to my target channel it tunes it in every time. Another problem that I'm seeing now is my locals are dropping off. I tried a memory dump but the same things keep happening. It's great not to have the freezing and pixelation though! Any ideas?

BTW this place ROCKS!

Thanks,

DH

I would try taking off some channels you dont watch. I've heard of ird's not taking kindly to too many channels. That happens to my 2700 sometimes.

That would definitely be a problem with a 6000. I'll try to trim it back a bit to see if it helps.

Thanks,

Out of date TSOP software also will cause channels to drop off.

Yeah,

I'm running 784PCNAD. I believe that's the current update. I don't have these program guide issues with checksum blocker but I get screen and audio freezes with Checksum. I tried trimming back my total channels and also removed my $0B which was a wide open PPV 3m but I'm still having red come and go in my guide as well as losing channels. I thought I was screwing it up somehow but I'm starting to think that NoMore64-7 is just glitchy with my 6000.
