x on the odd side of 119

Ok when I run the switch check for the sw21 the odd side of 119 are x's and the rest is showing up it looks like this X 119 110 110
------------------------------------------- X even odd even. Anyone have any ideas what's going on. I changed the 119 lnb also changed the wire running to the sw21 switch and also changed the sw21 switch still getting just the 3.

Don't know what it is I'm doing or not doing but it's not upgrading and I still got the X on odd side of 119. I followed the instructions but it never takes the upgrade. Any other solutions
