NEW Card ERROR on Rom3 rev 381

hey guys after reading here and testing how to unlcok rom3 rec381 i was able to succefully unlock it but after that when i went to read the card from nagra edit this is the error that i get

check the attachment

any suggestions what to do

basically it says ird Unknown
box keys unknown

and i dont know how to get the enter fields again and put in my reciever info

I have noticed that my attachment file wouldnt open for some reason but here is what it says in Data Space on Nagra Edit

IRD# UNKNOWN
BOXKEYS UNKNOWN
CAM ID UNKNOWN

ALL THE FIELDS SAYS UNKNOWN AND WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO TYPE ANYTHING IN

did it actually say unknown?? what version of nagraedit are you using?
I have seen them read all 000000000000's where someone had changed the info on the card

it said unknown and i tried nagra 3.0

Try Nagra 4.1

use 4.1 as jt suggest, see if it will do a one step clean
the info should be there if you can read and clean it
use the data editor tab to input info as needed once it is clean and image saved
