what hardware do i need to get started to program dishcards, I have a t911 flash with dishnetwork software but i cant get anywhere

You need to go to the newbies forum and read the newbie must read. There is a huge amount of reading involved with this as compared to Dave. I have read about flashes for the t911, but do not know if it actually works. Good luck. Wish I could be more help, but I am fairly new to this also.
