Choppy Freezing

Hello I'm getting choppy and frezzing picture. My signal strength is good some transponders 110+ and other only in the high 50's I dont get that either? But the pitcher kind of freezes and stuff like its loosing signal I dont understand? Could it be something with the reciever maybe im using a 3700 receiver with a dtv dish and lnb pointing at 110 only

Some transponders are "Spotbeamed" so you may have no or lower signal on those, That is normal.
Freezing can be many things, Like you were thinking weak signal is one, Some blockers cause it, Slower AVRS, Rain fade or trees blowing from wind.

My spotbeam signals I have great strength but still get the freezing and chopping. Could it be my reciever or something? Im using mili's blocker maybe I should try and redo that?
