Not much use for Mik 3 HU loaders anymore, You can reflash it with a few different utilities for Dish cards, But it is pretty limited. The Mighty loader unlocker, No1b4me's Unlooping utilty with some loader circuit mods ( Hard on Mik3 though from the surface mount componites used) or Echoloader which is a very basic DOS based ISO loader reader utilty works, But Echoloader is very limited, Good for checking card info is about it.
