i've been testing atmegas and rom3 dssrev's but recently have tried my luck with rom10 and rom11's. my luck hasn't been very good lol. i now have a locked rom10 at A23 and a rom11 that has an invalid ATR (looped i guess ?).
the rom10 was running fine using an all-in-one public fix with the password changed by myself and backed up. when i tried to remove the lock in nagraedit, it would not let me. i've tried all sorts of programs, even had my dealer look at it, still locked at A23. i put that card away for now, oh well.
now, i'm playing with rom11's. i unlocked my first rom11 the other day which was at B08. everything worked fine. i then did one step clean, wrote a virgin dish rom11 image to the card, cleaned no problem. i then opened a new all-in-one .bn11 image, edited the password, added all my info (ird, boxkeys, cam, etc), saved image, wrote image to card. placed rom11 in ird, black screen, nothing. tried removing password in nagraedit4.1, failed ! tried to one step clean, got invalid atr message ! card is now probably looped !
what did i do wrong ? i can't afford to screw up another rom11 !!! what is the exact proper procedure when changing from one fix to the next ? how about going from bev to dish or vice versa, any special steps ?
