rom2 saying00 0000 0000 in ird

I can get into my rom 2 card using xcell and read card and it has cam # in hex yet when I insert into ird all it does is aquire signal before and after check switch but cam stays a 00000 another rom 2 i have showes cam id as soon as card is in ird any thoughts?

copy the good rom2 onto the non good rom2. You can use any Nagraedit version to do this.
