ROM 2 and ROM 11 testing and marked cards

I currently have R3 and R10s working just fine and want to learn more.
3 questions guys,
I have read a lot of stuff here and I'm not sure what is current for the R2/R11 cards.

Where can I find the current procedure for ROM 2 programming and how can I tell if it's locked/marked?

How about ROM 11 cards? Same question

Marked cards: I have one R3 that is marked in the second line where it should be all 00's, what is the effect this will have? I haven't tried anything on it so I don't screw it up. Can I still use it with the PB?

I have a R3 writer, an older T911 loader with the 5 dip switches too.

If you can program 1 then you can program others.

Do a search for ROM2. You will find posts by me and couple other guys. Rom2 doesn't require a blocker unless its marked. If its marked then there are some old blockers you can try.

Rom11 checksum blocker will generate a blocker for this card.

Rom3 marked at the second location is no big deal. Just use a blocker that you are already using.
