Have done several, I uploaded an updated file for the 430 that works great for the 431's.

yes, stick a card in it with a fake camID patched to it, if it works it's modded.

I also have a noZKT 430 and I do not see the PCR20 message ...

I patched a P4 CamID to the old 9827 which we all know is dead and it works ... But no PCR20 !!

The 430/431's take a while to get authorized for locals, should be on in the morning. If your 3M or act file is setup correctly.
