Having Problem With..........

am trying to convert my 301:010 from dish to bell. I redid the whole flash and got the bell icon but the location id was 000001. I've tried to redo the eeprom but it didn't work. I erased sa8 and now i don't get nothing. The screen is blank and non of the functions work. Can someone please help a brother out.

I converted to Bell by finding the 91 sat, erase sa3 in 1st flash just like fixing ecm let it stream while I fixed my card and watched tv. Converting to Bell is the same as fixing the ird ecm.
