Am I missing something here I have a 301.010 I have re-flashed it 50 times or more and yes I read the 301 reconstruction guide and did it step by step I have tried about 15 different tsop bins (I have a EAED build & have tried EAED & EAEA bins)
What happens is the IRD will blink when I plug it in then it will turn off.
Then when I put the card in the light turns on then in maybe 4-5 seconds it turn off.
then nothing if I hold the power button on for 5 seconds or so the light comes on for 5 seconds then goes off.
Now if I erase SA3 on flash 1 the light just blinks for days.
I have used 3 different jtag's and now I have a internal one installed.
I have used wall 2.0 & jkeys 2 and jkeys 2.991 but still all the same results.
I have flashed flash 1 first then 2 then put on virgin eeprom.
Then I tried flashing 2 first theN 1 then eeprom.
Of course erasing 5 times each flash attempt but still same results.
I have also tried flashing just u23 and the eeprom & try to letting Charlie finish the updates and after 3 days there is nothing but a blinking light.
Yes I have check my connections and cable with 2 different IRD and they work find with 110 bird coming in at 106 & 119 bird at 122 strength.
The one thing that seems to happen when I do the 301 reconstruction and flash the first 60000 bytes.
Is when I unplug it is that the light goes out then comes back, But it blinks & does not go out for good, Until I re-flash both flashes & the eeprom & then unplug it.
Then of course it won't stay on or give me any signal to TV
