I have subbed 6000. Not been able to pull boxkeys w/ quad jtag (no battery). comes up device not found.
Is there ANY way to find boxkeys without jtaging?

perhaps you jkeys doesnt have 6000 definition files,or maybe you could be on the wrong pads
if ird has been subbed at one time or the other, and cam is a revision level that could be opened then the keys would be on that card

I had trouble when I first Jtagg'd my 6000. The Jtag I had, had a ground wire inbetween each data line. I had to remove them, and then it worked fine. Device not found is usually a communications error. The other thing, the 6000 is different (jtag pads) from most of the other IRD's.

ird plugged up
has that jtag worked on other receivers
is you lpt port set to bi directional in the bios of your pc
is you jy=tag soldered to the pads with no solder in between the wire and the pads, they need to be touchung with the solder hoilding them to gether
is any of the traced doming from the pads broke, if so find the hole they go to and put wire in it.
have you ohm'ed your jtag to see if it has broken circuit
