Did you try inserting the card after the update was done? If you had a lock in there and have now removed it, you'll need to replace the R259 resistor (that you removed) with a 33Ohm1/4watt resistor.
As for TSOP for build a COCx build, there are several in the TSOP bank. Use any one of them (even if it's BEV or older DN). Also, create a virgin eeprom in FlashEdit. Then reflash your IRD with both TSOP bin and eeprom. Once done correctly, then erase SA5 for the current update.
