WELL NO OFFENCE BUT..THE INSTUCTIONS ARE NOT TO CLEAR .I DID LOOK AT THAT STICKY!sorry about the caps I was not yelling..lol.....Best to use a jtag, But if you must, 1000,700,800,900 are short sb 39 to sb40 while plugged in with sat connected until power light turns off, Then let it restream 301-005 and 301-010 dual tsop r 293 pad closest to the tsop chip to ground. You can use the JY fix as many times as you need, As long as you do not short anything out you will be fine. Some peeps like to drill a hole in the back and solder in a push button to these points( Use a normally open button).
Anyone figure out a JY for 301-013 yet, Yeh I know Jtag, But would be handy sometimes. I never had luck with 13's yet experimenting on JY points and got sick of corrupting them and having to refleash and repair fried irds.

There are three ways to learn. Read, ask, and burn things up. The best testers have a combination of all 3 under there belt.
ECM fix -Erase your SA address 3 times and restream.
• SA60 for DP501/508 flash2
• SA49 for 301-13 single 4meg tsop
• SA3 for 301-010 leave flash in left side at default setting ie flash 1 (22)
• SA5 for 2700/2800/3700 series • SA30 for 3800/3900/4700/4900 series
