Error 129 "receiver not yet authorized"

I just connected a DP301-010 running MC in camless rom3, was able to update firmware get guide etc. then up pops error 129?
I erased SA3 in flash 1 and restreamed - it continues with unauthorization?
Can someone please tell me what is wrong?

I managed to find problem - was error in programming MC.
