Problem restreaming 301-010

I have restreamed a 301-010 after erasing both TSOP's. I am running a MC in camless ROM3. After restreaming I have the system info screen with all good connections.
I have been waiting "too long" for the nag " this receiver is not authorized" because as soon as I put my MC in that is what I get?
I do have the original yellow card, if I put the original card in I get channel 100 etc. jusat no real TV - of course.
I need help to remove the nag.....
I read the 301 bible and in there it states, erase the flash 1, restream, wait for nag then hit select on the remote.
My problem is, after restreaming I am not getting nag, but as soon as MC goes in I get it.

I re-loaded MC in programmer, and looked over all entries - what jumped out at me was I had O's and not 0's (zeroes) in my ird#.
reprogrammed and am watching secret window. :)
