Did you change your programming on your card before restreaming? If you didn't, you probably re-ecm'd after the tsop updated itself. Remove all ppv and porn off card, blocker, eraser sa30 and then restream.

Do your sector erase again, but put the ird in the stream without a card. You should pop to the system info screen with out a card. Let us know what is does.

Possibilities
1) One step clean card and blocker with current blocker(gcsb or peng nomore), erase sa30, restream.
2)If hit on clean card with good blocker, then maybe its camid, use camid on card?
3)If you have a digital lock, that might cause it.
4) Softlock on original tsop bin might cause it.

Im running rom3,nomore,4900, no dig locks, no softlocks, noppv's and been up a week or so.
