301.13 No power

Hi,
I haven't finish vidmod on my rec 301.13, but now when i power on there's no light and plus it's making a hissss sound, which is coming from the board, anyone have any idea?

You have a short somewhere. did you drop some solder in there????

I am not sure i am going to take a look, beside what's easiest way to solder wire on tiny point, and how can u tell if trace was successfully cut.
