721 never subbed?

I can get a never subbed 721 new in box, about 6 months old. What are the
options for boxkey retrieval? I've done jtags and dlocks ,but never messed with a DVR , is it worth it?

thanks JCK7, I've read all the posts on the 721, it looks like it depends if the software is at L050/L052/L054 to be able to get BK with the remote

"do not buy a 721 with yellow card it is already updated to L171
and at this time nothing can be done with it"
... so the only way to get BK is if it comes with blue card, I don't know what kind of card it has ,it's in a unopened box and the seller won't open it. Guess it's not worth spending $400 and hoping it comes with the blue card.
