Ok heres whats the problem
I brought a 501 off of ebay and hooked it up , sure nuff the location id is 00000001 or whatever it is.
so i hook up jkeys and jtag it I got the bk and the ird # but the model id and the software comes up yyyyy. when i try to program the flash and i plug out the power and plug back in and attemp to hit ok in 3 secs the red and green lights are both on and from what im getting i dont think its going into program mode.
i did some reading and grounded pin 1 ( solderd a wire to pin 1 and have an aligator clip on the other end) to the case.
still no luck, and when i just press ok without plugging out receiver it goes to the next screen but when i try to erase the flash it says it did when i try to write the new flash its still there and hasnt been erased.
