Additional Receiver Help!!

some receivers are not compatible with other receivers and the built in multiswitch in these dishes. I tried to use a Hughes with 2 RCA's once, the Hughes would not work, got another RCA and it worked fine.
The kicker is that the Hughes was working on the very same multiswitch with two other Hughes, go figure. So I suggest trying another receiver and see if that cures the problem.

it has to do with power supplies that switch the multiswitch.
Mixing different kinds of receivers on a multiswitch does not always work. Now if you had a seperately powered multiswitch, it would be different and might even work.
