I have a Fortec Ultra and am thinking of getting a Pansat 2500 for another room so I can watch my sports. Whats up with the the Pansat. I have a few stations that have gone Downloading Information on the Fortec but still have loads to watch. I just wanted to see how to flash etc on the web site becaause a lot of the members are saying there sets have no directions. Thanks for the info caveman and whats up with the Pansat

Hi treelakes !

Pansat it is easy for set up. It just got hit but I heard almost everyone got hit.


I have a pansat 2300a and a 2500a I am very happy with it. As I say set up it is easy. I still can see 80% of tv no ppv except for the xxx which I can watch.


The price is right for the pansat so is the fortec. Silver bullet they are about 350.00 or more and blackbird 300.00 and up. they have the new version of blackbird and silver bulllet enforcer .



So the problem is how long would it take fpr fix.

I havent been watching PPV on my Fortec lately but checked them out after you mentioning your were down and sure enough mine have gone awol.

Hi agian treelakes!

Sorry about that but all started on friday night.

But we are looking good, All the dishnetwork boxes has been hit about four time in the past two weeks and they were able to hit us on the fourth tried so we are in a better shape.

We have to look at it the positive way. We were up for over four month while they been hit and down much more than 8 times in 4 month.


The only thing as I mentioned before how long for our fix. ????

The fortec reciever fix is coming . Now we have to wait for pansat fix.
