If you want a receiver with no contract and your willing to take a chance, do a little homework there's only one place to go and that's EBAY.
But let me warn you, even I've gotten burned there a couple a times, you get wrapped up in the thrill of a good deal and being "THE WINNING BIDDER" only to find out the receiver don't work or it's not been shipped. If you pay a little more, deal with a dealer with a high positive count feedback, it should work out ok.
Just keep in mind if the deal go sour Ebay protects the dealer, not the buyer, for they are Ebays paying customers. Good Luck
