Getting a " card invalid for reciever" message

i programmed my rom 10 card but when i insert it in the reciever i am getting message saying" .... card invalid for reciever....". I think my IRD # is wrong. Can someone teach me how to convert the IRD # to hex for nagra edit.

Use Windows calculator (scientific view). Enter the first 8 digits after the zeros ("R00XXXXXXXX") in the serial number. Then click on the HEX button in the Windows calculator. If there are only eight digits in hex format, the leading number is 0; enter this hex number in Nagra.

becomes 12345678
put that in windows calc in scientific mode. click hex result is BC614E (for this example) add a zero or zeros to make 8 digits(in this case) 00 BC 61 4E.
