Locked rom 3 with avr

I am new to bev. I have a 2700 receiver that came with all channels up and running for bev. The card is a Bell card rom 3 rev 369 with an avr-6 auto roll. I just inserted the avr and card into my iso programmer and tried to read card in nagraedit 4 and get the message:
Error, BackDoor reported disable - Card may contain update
Reading rom3 failed

I do not have a password to unlock this and I did try the default password and it did not work.

Can I unlock this with my iso or do I have to find someone to do it for me?

I must have screwed up my card because I put the avr and card back into the receiver and I get the message:
This smartcard is not valid with this receiver". and I can't do a master reset, which worked the last time I got this message. I do not have the boxkeys for this receiver but I do have a jtag and don't know how to use it.

If I can fix the card myself with out the password, do I still need to use the avr with it? Any help pointing me in the right direction to fix the locked card would be greatly appreciated.
