Jverify validates a flash bin and corrects it if it is not valid, as after being edited.
You need a hex editor that shows hex and text at the same time, so you can change text directly with out having to figure it out.
I use Ztree Win a DOS style file manager in the old DOS style, but is written for Windows. It has a built in hex editor.

the file must remain the exact same size, you can only change characters one for one, can't add words only change what's there.
jverify only recalculates checksums.
"Insert your access card. PCR20" can be changed to something smaller using spaces but not bigger.
Actually it can be bigger, (I am NOT going to explain how, you figure it out, I did) but the file must remain the same size.
