Can I get boxkeys from streamlocked rom 10 (a23)?

I have a stream locked rom 10 at reva23, can i get the boxkeys from it somehow. I know that these cards can't be unlocked yet. I don't have the receiver to jtag yet (long story).

No, you can't.....it's a locked card...........

As of right now, no one can but hang on to it, help may be on the way soon. That is more of a hope than a fact. That is what someone told me to do with the a23 I have.
