Unlocking ROM 3 Rev 383 Stream-Locked

I had the misfortune of recently having my blocker fail on my ROM 3 card and now I can't get in through my backdoor. My guess is I'm stream-locked. Is there anyway that anyone knows how I can get back into my card. I have tried Bug Buster and Xcel and had no luck.

P.S. My ROM 3 card was NOT in the stream during Charlie's recent round of ROM 3 looping about a month ago

what blocker were you using? did you change the password?
if it is stream locked the greendish dealer claims they can unlock the 383 now, also a member on this site named lips905 can do a 383 as well check him out if needed
