Silverbird err.4

I have just updated my BB to the new fix and at the end of updating the receiver is sopposed to say "good" but it says Err.4 and does not work can anyone please tell me whats up with that??

I bought my Silverbird from blackbird.cx and it was'nt sopposed to be a clone. There tech support answer to my problem was ''Try it again" What a bunch of horseshit! DONT EVER BUY FROM THOSE CROOKS!!!
