I dont know much about Charlie...but as far as I know, all Rom2/3 revs (or at least most of them) can be unlocked

Even though it is a Rom 3, it is still possible for it to become locked again...depends on how long it has been out of the stream for I think

worse comes to worse dude, it will cost you like $20 to get it unlocked, and you should have no worries about that

rom3 372 is very easy to open if U ' R expert as U said

U can use F talk it ll tell U if your card BD is open or disabled,

u can use sorry shaks to re open,or open sezam or try nagra edit V2, for soft wear unlooper it may help u,

Rev372 is usually an open card. If you are doing the command Reset card (ATR) that is a proper response. Try a read card command.
