you might want to double check your connections and ensure they are going to the correct pads. also make sure you don't have alot of hardware plugged in while trying to read info from the IRD. your JTAG shouldn't be longer than 11 inches

i got it up partially found the ird num and box keys finally but im gonna redo everythin thanx

did somethin keeps smokin the resistor gotta see if i can find schmatics with voltages
