Problem cloning Rom 10

I have a working rom 10 that I want to clone. Here is what I did. Unlocked card, read card, saved image. Changed IRD# and box keys. Wrote to another card. All I get is black screen. I have the guide and audio channels. What am I missing?

Assuming you did everything correctly with the blocker and all...

Patch the line below to your card image then if you get no errors write it to the card.
