Need help cloning Rom 10

I have a working Rom 10 that I want to clone. Here is what I did. Unlocked card, read card, saved image. Changed IRD and box keys to another reciever. Now all I get is the channel guide and black screen. What am i missing?

changed ird, boxkeys and lock byte im sure?

then boxkeys are the culprit,

what kind of ird r they?? i had a problem with my 301.10 and my 301.13. the 301.10 would be fine but the .13 would have full guide with black screen its either the keys or the blocker
