how to upgrade bev 2700 software from E308 to E409

i got 2 2700 receivers, one with E308 firmware & other one is E409

& the E308 can not set into sat 82

anyone how to upgrade?

If you has lock install, make sure you turn it off, change system upgrad without permittion, then do the memory dump:
Memory Dump or Reset: resets the IRD to factory conditions. This does NOT affect the TSOP, only the EEPROM memory (Electronically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory). To do this, on remote push menu then 6, 3. Once in diagnostic screen quickly push info, right, left, tv/video. You will then get a memory corrupt screen. Unplug ird and plug back in. leave the IRD power off for a few hours or over night. then check you system infor.
