Does the 501 work with Bev

I am looking to purchase a PVR 501.Can someone tell me if it will work with Bev?Is there a complete receiver compatibilty quide out there ?Also is there anything i should make sure the unit i buy has or does not have ?

it should convert over ok. others with more exp, may confirm

A dish 501 converts to a bev 5100, no problem.
