New IRD backing up U6,U7 and eeprom. 501 refurbished 2 DT chips. buffered Jtag when I asked jKets to save eeprom got (error reading from memory) jkeys locked up unable to clear error message. Should I use task manager to close jkeys or unplug IRD? also need to know about (skinerd quote) the address to change is 7FFFFFAC and is for blue card compatibility. Going to run MC camless.

Use task manager to close jkeys.
Don't know why that happens but it does, just try again, and it usually works, if it don't. do the OJ1 jumper.

Check 7FFFFFAC if it is already 0000 you are good, if not make that.

Huh??

All you do is select flash 2 then in single address programming, change 7FC00000 to 7FFFFFAC and read, if it is not 0000, type 0000 in the data block, write.

After I open jkeys I pull down flash2. I can not enter data into blocks below. I open flash programing it defaults back to flash1, I select flash2 and get (flash codes are not recognized by jkeys. Mfg/Device codes returned are FFFFFFFF/FFFFFFFF(JEDC) and FFFFFFFF/FFFFFFFF (flashFile) Thanks for your help

Then you have a problem, do any trace cutting?
