can you tell me the steps to program a rom 11

should be same as rom 10 but use rom 11 files or make sure to choose rom 11 when using the tier programs or blockers
use nagraedit 4.1 on card
i use minirtm 2.5 for tiers patch
add blackout fix patch
add a blocker like GCSB 2.51
