In that case a noZKT IRD would be the better deal ...

It lets you use a P4 camID on a HU card ... Even if the P4 hack comes out in the future you still have a good IRD to use where the board would be garbage ..

BTW, mili sells bins seperatly ...

I am only one person here, but I have looked into the purchase of these boards as well as the avenger. In the process, I have formed pretty strong opinions of these devices.

My advise is to not purchase any device that has only the one purpose. Even a no zkt receiver can be used ligitimately.

Chalk up any subscription with any site that is pushing these devices, and subscribe with mili.

There is at least one more reason that you should beware of purchasing these "single purpose" devices. Almost every vendor of these items mandates the purchase be made with a credit card or echeck. This is a double whammy in my book. NEVER, and I mean NEVER, purchase one of these devices with a method of payment as exposing as a credit card or echeck.

The synchrony of these vendors using the same credit processing agency is most likely an innocent coincidence. It must be near high impossible for these vendors to locate someone who will host their website, not to mention finding a reliable and safe means of accepting electronic payment. Please do not get me wrong here. I am not accusing any vendor of wrong doing. To my knowledge nothing negative has taken place as a result of doing business with any of these sites. To my knowledge, most of these items do perform as advertised. But there are better ways to achieve the same goal.

The simple fact is you can get better, more reliable service via other means. Cheaper too. If you add the fact that there is generally a security risk involved with the purchase of these items...its a no brainer.

Just my opinion. I apologize if I have offended any honest vendors or their customers.

You don't mess up your receiver , you buy one that is already done .. I see that you mentioned CDN dollars , I am also Canadian and bought mine on Ebay in Canada .. No borders to cross and a good investment ...

In the end it is your call but I would have to agree with JackTripper ...

Plus milis valid bins last a long time if you wanted to go that way ..

It was the first time I bought anything on Ebay myself ...
Actually Chief found it on there and told me about it ... The guy I bought it off of sells all DSS stuff and is very good ...

Everything worked the way it is supposed to and I can now use a P4 camID for a bin .. No more 745 . haha

The only up keep you would have is to dust the thing off every once in awhile ...

I was sceptical about the deal but it worked out well .. You can pay with a credit card or a money order ...
Check em out on there but they can be tricky to find but their in there .....
