Front input for 7100?

I could not use the front input of 7100, the owner manual dont sayanything about it.
Has anyone used it? If yes, How?

I tried to hook up my X-Box to it and couldn't get it to work searched all over to try to find a place to turn the input on and no avail.

Those Inputs Are Used With WebTV Only.
