Rom 10 At Rev A3b

One of my friends has a rom 10 card at REV A3B? Can the card be used?

Is it for dish or bev? I know for dish, A1b is open and I think pretty much anything other than A23 can be unlocked, so I would say it can be opened with sorrynagra, or rompopper.

It's a BEV card. He used to subscribe. And it's never been programmed for Dish or BEV.

All you can do is try to one step clean it and see if it is open, I think it is but I am not guaranteeing anything because I do not know much about bev. If it is locked I am sure it can be opened with rompopper or sorrynagra, You have to have a loader for sorrynagra, but it has never marked a card I have opened with it. (despite the claims of rompopper, it has marked a few of mine)

I ve opened a few a3b with the bev a3d opener no marks then one step clean and you are set
