NagraEdit and Rom 10 problem

when trying to program a Rom10 card with NagraEdit I get this message:

Opening of COM1 was successful
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM1 was successful

Does this mean the card is looped?

I have other cards that the ISO reads without any problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

forgot to mention the card is AA03

make sure card is making contact in the programmer, but a business card on top of it. also take a pencil eraser and genly erase the contacts of teh card, then if you still get error ATR string invalid and the programmer reads other card fine. I would say it is looped, although you don't find to many looped rom 10's

id say looped or maybe nagra cant read it cuz it says the card has an update or something like that if it is locked with a blocker.
