Rom 2 not happy-no Atr-any ideas???

Hi, was using excel 3.6 to read and program cards. Could never get any of the Nagra to work. Anyways I heard that you are not suppose to use excel 3. to write rom 2 beacause of problems. My 2 others work just great and this one revolted. I ca get an ATR.
I was ablr to read the card until i tried to write it and now I get the following error on backdoor:
Write to COMM port Failed......
Rom 2 Card Detected
Reading card using Overflow.... attempt 4
Error in RX , Error # - 0,Desc Break condition detected on com port
No Card / Unknown ATR....

Anyone able to help??

here is a link to a similiar question in this site, it seems bugbusters is teh way to go, just have to monkey with it a bit.

I do have a ATR but it will not read it. I used bugbuster inexcel and nagra with no luck. Have tried a bunch of times. Will something else work? Or should I keep trying

use nagra edit 2 to do everything but clean...got to excel and do all three cleans then do a rev52 refresh.make your patch then write in nagra 2 also use bugbuster in nagra2 to unloop if needed

I don't know why but I can not get any of the Nagra's to work except bug buster. I have tried nagra 1.1,2, and 3. The only thing i can get to work is excel 3.. Any idea how to make Nagra's to work???
