is it still worth that if its not unlocked or anything and is it safe to sell it? its pulled right out of a reciever, no programming or anything. I used a avr with this.

should go for say $40-80 kinda wide range depends like always on market. you know it is good clean card, check ebay, usually can find them all day for buy it now around $60-75 i think.
